University Support

Helping students in university education with additional support

Once you have embarked upon your degree we will be able to assist you with any additional help that may be necessary. This might include sourcing study buddies or mentors to smooth the leap to undergraduate level assignments and expectations, explaining unfamiliar processes or assisting with planning and adjustment to the demands of university life. Some of our clients come to us after realising they have misapplied and we help them consider alternatives once at university or consider other appropriate options.

Transferring from one university to another can be a challenging experience and we have helped students consider their options and to begin successfully at a new university. We are aware that students change as they grow academically and in experience. Norton Alexander can be a critical friend in these circumstances.

Talk to us

I was pleased with my A level results and took up my place at Edinburgh. After a term I realised that it was not what I was expecting and not what I wanted. Thank you so much for all your support while I changed direction. After the difficulties with the decision day for Trinity, and your encouragement to contact them, I am really look forward to starting there next term. I feel a weight has been lifted.
