Competing for a place at a UK prep school can be a complex and stressful process for both parents and children. We help you find the best school for your children, one that suits their individual needs, abilities and academic expectations in these important early years. Each school has a different admission process, and families often apply to more than one school. This needs skilled, experienced consultants, and we enjoy an unrivalled network of personal relations with schools, visiting and talking to prep schools every single day. By visiting schools so frequently we can be sure of their high standards, as well as keeping up to speed with any changes. We are also informed by admissions registrars when occasional places arise.
We start by assessing each child’s individual needs, strengths and skills, before starting conversations with parents to decide on a short list of prep schools. We will organise for you to visit the schools, with your consultant if you wish. Close communication between our consultants, prep schools and parents continues until you have secured a place at your favoured school. This can involve us providing support with admissions forms, negotiating for a place, assessing waiting list times, or applying outside of regular application deadlines. We can also arrange for professional tutors to provide the academic support needed in each specialist subject. The end result is finding the right school for the right child, one where they will thrive during their prep school years.

Getting started
We start with getting to know you – we talk to you and, if appropriate, your child, and ask them to take assessments if necessary. Once we know your child’s current academic level, their interests, talents and future ambitions, we will then put together an individual, tailor-made programme for you, detailing our expertise and successes, the strategies we use and how we can help you on your journey. This will give you a number of options to consider before you make a decision on how to proceed.
